Features

The Course Four Seasons jacket is an excellent solution for those seeking a comfortable and practical jacket at an affordable price. Made from 600D polyester, a highly tear and wear-resistant fabric, it has a breathable mesh interior. There are two removable linings: one windproof and waterproof and one padded thermal lining for colder days. In the summer, you can simply remove the two linings and open the wide dual-slider ventilation zippers located on the arms, chest, and upper back. The collar is adjustable with a slider closure, and the cuffs fasten with snap buttons. The jacket is equipped with many convenient pockets, perfect for travelers: two front pockets, a large rear pocket, a small one on the left forearm, and a waterproof inner pocket. Shoulder and elbow protections are CE certified EN 1621-1 level 1, and there’s a provision for a back protector. There are six adjustment straps, four on the sides and two on the arms, to customize the fit of the jacket.

OUR TEST

The Course Four Seasons jacket offers an excellent quality-price ratio. The various linings allow you to face every season, including summer, thanks to the dual-slider ventilation openings on the arms, chest, and upper back.

It has a feminine cut, slightly longer at the back, and can be adjusted at the waist and arms with adjustment straps (which I would have preferred to be made of fabric or elastic material).

The slider on the collar is very convenient and replaces the bothersome Velcro found on many garments, even more expensive ones.

While riding, the jacket effectively shields from the wind. I had the opportunity to try it out in late spring and remove the inner padding while keeping the windproof lining. One of the features I appreciated the most is the ability to wear a garment that adapts well to the varying conditions of a journey.

The pockets are large and very convenient for storing smartphones and documents. The price is truly great considering the qualities of this jacket.

THE SET

It’s possible to pair the Course Two Seasons 3.0 pants with the jacket to create a coordinated set. Also made from 600D polyester, it comes with a removable waterproof and thermal lining.

Once again, there are ample zippers for optimal ventilation and adjustments at the waist and ankles. The pants have very comfortable removable suspenders and can be connected to the jacket with a zipper. Knee protectors are EN 1621-1 level 1 certified.

The pants are CE certified EN 17092 class A.
